Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026

These terms describe how the product actually works and are written to be readable. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and they are not a substitute for legal advice.

01What Intrafluence is

Intrafluence is a marketplace that connects talent with brands so they can find each other and agree on paid work. It is operated by Omni Systems Technology.

We are a venue for making contact and recording what was agreed. We are not a party to any agreement you reach. We are not an agency, we do not represent you, and we do not negotiate on your behalf.

02Accounts

You sign in with Google. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details on your profile need to be true — in particular, do not claim to be a person, company or brand you are not.

One account has one role, talent or brand. You may change it once, from Settings. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

03Payments happen between you, not through us

No money moves through Intrafluence. There is no escrow, no commission and no payment processing. An accepted offer records what the two of you agreed — it is not an instruction for us to pay anyone, and we do not hold funds at any point.

If a payment is late, short or never arrives, that is a matter between you and the other party. We can act on reports of fraud on the platform, but we cannot recover money we never held.

04Offers and what accepting one means

An offer sets out scope, deliverables, budget and a deadline. When the recipient accepts, those terms are frozen: neither side can edit them afterwards, and both see the same record.

What that agreement means legally is between the two of you and depends on where you are. We record it; we do not enforce it, arbitrate it, or guarantee that anyone performs.

05Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on Intrafluence — your profile, postings, messages and portfolio. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service, and to show your public profile to visitors.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

06Behaviour that will get an account removed

  • Impersonating a person, brand or company
  • Sending spam, scams, or requests to pay a fee to get work
  • Pushing people off-platform specifically to avoid the safety rules here
  • Harassment, threats, or abuse of any kind
  • Posting illegal content, or content you have no rights to
  • Trying to bypass the connection, blocking or masking rules technically

Reports go to a human. We may remove content or suspend an account, and we do not tell the person reported who reported them.

07We do not vet people for you

Verification badges reflect a manual check of specific things, and where a profile is unverified nothing pretends otherwise. Audience and follower figures are self-reported and shown as self-reported.

Do your own diligence before committing money or work to someone. The safety rules here reduce risk; they do not remove it.

08Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Where something is not built yet, we say so rather than implying otherwise.

09Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It is immediate and permanent: your profile, postings, applications, offers, connections and messages are deleted, including from the other side of conversations.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks clause 06.

10Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from an agreement you make with another user, from anyone failing to pay or perform, or from your reliance on information another user provided.

11Changes

If we change these terms materially we will say so in the product rather than silently updating the date at the top.
